Process Development Engineer – Display

Responsibility:

1.        Demonstrate the manufacturing activities that meet *** SHE standards, including travel safety. Manage the new process development, qualification and release for both NPI and volume production. He/she is able to working with the product design team, and manage the tooling development to meet the NPI roadmap
2.        Be responsible for the test development for new products, includes the tester/driver R&D and test fixture development
3.        Manage the technical support to customer to improve the customer satisfaction.
4.        Manage the new tooling/machine design to support the process automation for volume products
5.        To work with the new products transfer team for the products ramp up, and process release. Manage the engineering change and documentation maintenance

Requirement:

1.        Degree holder (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent
2.        Over 5 years of experience in LCD/EMS manufacturing, preferably in test equipment development or process development experience
3.        Have the manufacturing process know-how, familiar with test equipment and process development
4.        Experience in TFT testing with strong 8031 or equivalent hardware design capability and C coding
5.        Familiar with AutoCAD, Protel or PADS schematics
6.        Strong communication and problem solving skill
7.        Demonstrated ability of multitask, and initiative for the improvement with mini guidance
8.        Fluent in English
