Senior Product Engineer & Product Engineer

Hiring Department: Product Engineering
Report to: Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1.
Provide technical expertise and direction in: Responsible for the new project release smoothly in operation according to new
project release process, and more focus on project portfolio by customer/BU
2.
On behalf of Operation and interface PD & BU for earlier engagement in new projects design, preparation and planning
3.
Responsible for new project release yield performance
4.
Responsible for new project release DPPM level
5.
Responsible for sample making in ops and project time to volume in good performance shape
6.
Responsible for the new project ramp-up in ops
7.
Decision making on the new project review milestone
8.
Responsible for the BOM(Bill of Material) setup and maintenance accuracy
9.
Responsible for the project after care change management
10.
Responsible for team member performance
11.
Guide and coach IPL(industrialization project leader) and product engineers

Job Specifications:

1.
At least Bachelor degree and major in Engineering
2.
At least over 3 years in engineering
3.
Well know project or product handling/management
4.
Knowledge on risk assessment/management
5.
Fluent in English both written and spoken
